About us
Creating culinary memories
Founded by two brothers, Christian and Martin Perron, Le Traiteur served its first meal in 2001, 21 years ago!
Drawing on their experience working with Italian and French chefs, they decided to make their own cuisine accessible through a restaurant and catering service.
Strict hygiene rules
We strictly follow the recommendations of the MAPAQ. The Perron brothers have completed the necessary training and received certification in food hygiene and safety.
Eco-friendly tableware
We offer the option of using porcelain tableware for those who want a more eco-friendly option for entertaining their guests (up to 1,000 guests).
Local ingredients
The ingredients used in our menus are mostly locally sourced. Le Traiteur can also cook with organic products upon request. Call us for more information.
