Historique

Christian et Martin PerronFounded by two brothers, Christian and Martin Perron, theTraiteur.ca served its first meal in 2001. Already 17 years old!

Drawing on their experience with Italian and French chefs, they decided to make their own cuisine available through a restaurant-caterer.

Le Traiteur.ca has a team of full-time employees to adequately meet the daily demands of its business customers.

To do so, our hygiene rules are very strict and we strictly follow the recommendations of the MAPAQ (Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation). The Perron brothers took the necessary training and received the certificate in hygiene and food safety.
