Historique
Founded by two brothers, Christian and Martin Perron, theTraiteur.ca served its first meal in 2001. Already 21 years old!
Drawing on their experience with Italian and French chefs, they decided to make their own cuisine available through a restaurant-caterer.
Le Traiteur.ca has a team of full-time employees to adequately meet the daily demands of its business customers.
The quality
At Traiteur.ca, it is very important to serve you a tasty product, but also of quality. food safety value.
To do so, our hygiene rules are very strict and we strictly follow the recommendations of the MAPAQ (Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation). The Perron brothers took the necessary training and received the certificate in hygiene and food safety.
In addition, we only use cleaning products from the company Ecolab, specializing in biodegradable products, without negative impact on the environment and to prevent food poisoning.
In addition to offering catering meals in convenient disposable packaging, we offer the possibility of using porcelain cutlery for those who want a greener option to receive their guests (up to 1000 guests).
The ingredients used in our menus are mostly local. Le Traiteur.ca can also, at your request, cook with organic products. Call us for more information.
